1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MDNDO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

MDNDO is an educational planning tool that uses statistical models to estimate medical school admissions competitiveness. The Service:

• Uses publicly available admissions data and self-reported applicant statistics
• Applies mathematical models to generate probability estimates
• Incorporates automated narrative analysis to contextualize statistical results
• Does not have access to any medical school's internal admissions criteria or decisions

3. Limitations and Disclaimers

No guarantee of accuracy. Probability estimates are approximations based on historical data. Actual admission outcomes depend on interview performance, application essays, applicant pool size, institutional priorities, and many factors not captured by this model.

Not professional advice. MDNDO is not a substitute for professional admissions counseling, pre-med advising, or guidance from medical school admissions offices. We strongly recommend consulting with your pre-health advisor and/or a professional admissions consultant.

Data limitations. School statistics are sourced from publicly available data, including self-reported applicant data platforms. This data may not reflect a school's current applicant pool, internal weighting criteria, or year-to-year variation.

Automated narrative content. Advisory text is generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or generalized advice that does not apply to your specific situation. All content should be independently verified.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MDNDO and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your reliance on probability estimates or automated analysis
• Application decisions made based on the Service's output
• Inaccuracies in school statistics or model outputs
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Service

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

5. Data Sources and Attribution

School statistics are derived from publicly available sources including school-reported admissions data and publicly available institutional records. MDNDO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any medical school, accreditation body, or admissions organization. All school names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial educational planning
• Not reproduce, resell, or redistribute analysis outputs commercially
• Not use the Service to make automated bulk queries or data-harvest school statistics
• Provide accurate information when using the analysis form

7. Paid Reports

If you purchase analysis reports, payments are processed by Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months from purchase.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
